It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorrena Short of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Stohler and Gerty Stohler (Lions); her husband Jim Short; her son James E. Short; and her siblings, Ruth Griffin, Evelyn Cooper, Rosemary Cooper, Tommy Stohler, Tim Stohler and Charles Stohler.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Boils of New Castle, Johnny Short of Summitville and Helen Baker (Dave); her siblings, Eddie Stohler (Carolyn), Floyd "Junior" Stohler Jr. (Virginia) and Dorothy Stussler (Frank); and her grandchildren, Josh Short (Summer), Johnny Short Jr. (Michelle), Crystal Boils and Wade Boils Jr. (Jaimie). She is also survived by great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
