He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lionel "Bud" Stewart and Barbara Stewart (Ent); his wife Penny Stewart of Anderson; his children, Sean Stewart (Tori), Mike Stewart of Alexandria, Jeffery Stewart (Andrea) of Pendleton, Lisa Odiorne (Jeffrey) of Anderson and Michael Moeller (Sam); and his siblings, Jackie Hackleman (Rob), Lindell Stewart (Connie), Lennie Stewart (Anita) and Joanna Solomon (Joe). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lionel Stewart Scholarship Fund for youth bowlers, or to the family through the funeral home.
