She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas C. Shipley and Nerma J. Shipley (Boze); her grandson Brenden McAtee; and her sisters, Marsha Denny and Patty Brashears.
She is survived by: her children, Jessamine Brewster and Daniel Young (Shelli Frazier-Piercy); her grandchildren, Logan McAtee (Kyla), Lillian Brewster, Sloan Hinton (Jeremiah) and Trea Piercy; and her great grandchildren, Fisher Hinton, River Hinton and Waylon Piercy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
