He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gwenneth Hisle, Gloria Wilson and Ronald Davis; and his uncles, Alex Fortune and Jeff Davis.

He is survived by: his parents, Terry Fowler (Rhonda) and Vicki Ashby (Pam); his brother Kyle Fowler; his aunts and uncles, Lisa Fortune, Teresa Poteet (Mike), Debbie Davis, Patricia Odell, Rick Hisle (Terri) and David Fowler (Kay); his grandparents, Dixie Davis, David "Pat" Hisle and Jerry Fowler; his close friends, Freddie Wainscott and Jordan Woodruff; and his pets, Kamilla and Princess.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Madison County Humane Society in memory of Korey.
