He is survived by: his mother Janice Keys (McGill) of Phoenix; his children, Nicholas Keys of Winchester and Paula Polei (Rick) of Winchester; his grandsons, Dylan and Layne Polei of Winchester, Indiana.; his sisters, Aime Grant (Matt) of Byron and Cobina Wong (Willie) of Mesa; his niece Renee Keys (Melina Mazon) of Phoenix; and his nephews, Jeremy Wong of Mesa and Kevin Wong of Michigan.
