He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Shock (Mooney) and Kenneth Shock; and his siblings, Richard, Charles, Roger Shock and Sandra Leisure.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Shock (Broussard); his children, Debra Shock Neel (Tim Hill) and Kenny Shock Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Leslie Smith (Nick), Christopher Shock (Brandi), Connor Neel (Maddie Schade), Kerrick Shock and Brianna Shock; and his sisters, Bethel Lennis, Marilyn Keats (Daren) and Judy Koons (Rex). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandson.
