She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Kelley and Iola Kelley (Dick); her husband Melvin H. Hallmann; and her siblings, Chloris Timmons, Maurice Kelley and Dean Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Shaw (Frank), Steve Hallmann and Suzanne Richter (Greg); her grandchildren, Sarah Fagan (Chad), Rachel Wagner, Drew Richter and Daniel Richter; and her siblings, Carroll Kelley (Gail), Linda Berger (Jerry) and Vicki Bostic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church (2751 Scatterfield Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to Christ Lutheran Church.
