She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Price and Leora Price (Beard); her former husband Wendell Chapin; her husband Donald Chapin; and her sister Doris McKelvey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Sue Chapin, Karen Chapin-Clevenger and Debra Nelson (Michael); her stepson Mike Chapin (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Carol Harless (David), Melissa Williams (Brad), LeeAnn Pierce, Mike Sallee, Kyle Clevenger (Amy), Kayla Clevenger and Jason Sallee; and her siblings, JoAnne Haley and Paul Price. She is also survived by her 17 great-grandchildren; her 2 great-great grandchildren.
