She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Richardson and Florence Richardson; her husband Kenneth Qualls; her son Kenneth Robert Qualls; and her siblings, Alice, Don, Tom, Joan, John and Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Qualls (Jacque), Brenda Qualls, Sandra Olvey and Doris Qualls. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that for the safety of others, all attendees wear a mask.
