It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Theodore Simmons Jr. (Anderson, Indiana), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simmons and Esther Simmons (Janney); his parents-in-law, Tom and Bea Carlisle; and his sister-in-law Annette Black.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Simmons (Davis) of Anderson; his daughters, Gaynell Mann (Mike) of West Lafayette and Janet Marshall (Roger) of Lafayette; his sisters, Jane Simmons of Anderson and Jean Simmons of Anderson; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Jeffery, Kiley, Preston, Garrett and Hudson.
