He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ann Phagan (Spidel); his daughter Lisa Leever (Rick); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Spidel (Linda), Janeane Gladden (Larry) and Janet Chambers (Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
