He is survived by: his wife Zoena Johnson; his daughters, Susan Jones and Christine Esche (Alan); his grandchildren, Derek Mitchell (Ermah), Carrie Wilson, Sara Checa, Allison Terry (Jason), Aaron Esche (Arlene) and Alex Esche (Caroline); and his siblings, Thelma Holst, Robert Johnson, Marcia Kay Buldger (DJ) and Jack Johnson (Connie). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
