Houts III (Debra) of Knightstown; his grandmothers, Judy Houts of Anderson and Phyllis Evans of Greenfield; his children, Skylar N. Houts of Chesterfield, Wesley J. Houts of Chesterfield and Leeanna M. Houts of Greenfield; his siblings, Samantha Luke (Nate) of Greenfield, Kassie Capossere (Jeremy) of Whiteland, Audrey Carney (Cory) of Greenwood and Jacob Houts (Kyle) of Kentucky; and his granddaughter Harmoni Houts of Chesterfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to Man For Man Ministries, 415 Main St., Anderson, IN, 46016.
