He is survived by: his children, Steven Barr (Cindy) of Willow Park, TX, Christine Masters (Mike) of Middletown, IN, Harold Barr of Yorktown, VA and Richard Austin (Debra); and his siblings, Ruthie Barbre (Jim), Katie Pratt (late Paul), Debbie Walker (late Ron), Gary Barr (Cathy) and Daniel Barr (Darcy). He is also survived by many many Nieces and Nephews.
