She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cook and Mary Cook (Mills); her husband John Beachler; her son Gary Decker; and her siblings, Carolyn Schalk, Richard Cook and Duane Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Baker, David Decker and Bob Decker; her grandchildren, Sarah Anderson (MJ) and Jerick Baker (Jenell); her stepdaughter Debra Pagett of Kentucky; her siblings, Gene Cook (Sharon) of Ohio and Nancy Lavender of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, John, Haley and Lauren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Christian Center Rescue Ministries.
