She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Charles and Elizabeth Olene Foster (Evans); and her husband William E. Ballentine. She is survived by: her son William Bradley Ballentine (Lynn) of Pendleton; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ballentine Lee (Jacob) of Indianapolis and William Andrew Ballentine (Courtney) of Redding, Connecticut; her great grandchildren, Moira Jo Lee and William Augustus Ballentine; and her sister Janet Hiatt of Muncie.
