It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jill Renee Heckard of Anderson, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, David Custer Heckard and Dorothy Heckard; her father Harold Messenger; and her brother-in-law Ted David Heckard. She is survived by: her husband Tim Heckard; her son Ted Messenger Heckard; her siblings, Lyle Alan Messenger (Jane), Peggy Messenger-Weis (Kerry) and Julie Leviner (Joel); and her mother Ora Lee Messenger (Barnett). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All COVID restrictions such as the wearing of face masks and social distancing will be required.
