She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Arms and Hattie Arms (Jones); and her siblings, William Arms (Grace) of Kentucky, Thomas Arms (Cleaphos) of Kentucky, Minnie Hulse (Armstead) of Kentucky, James Arms (Lenore) and Ruth Ferguson (Johnny) of Indiana.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Welch (David) of Anderson and Ray Scott of Anderson; her grandson Jared Scott; and her great grandchild Kynden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
