He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora L. "Early" and Hazel Edith Earlywine (Rigney); his wife Patricia Earlywine (DeVaney); and his daughter Penni Tinch. He is survived by: his son Bryon; his daughter-in-law Linda Earlywine; his brother David Earlywine (Darlene) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Amber Baker (Josh), Kristina Shirley (Gary), Andrew Tinch (Jenna), Cody Earlywine (Katie), Chase Earlywine (Dillon Moore), Andrew Jamison and Connor Jamison. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
