She was predeceased by: her father Thomas L. Covington. She is survived by: her mother Victory Covington (Kabrich); her husband Robert Phipps Jr.; her daughters, Meghann Brown (Brandon) of Anderson, Morgann Ancil (Shaila) of Anderson and April Smith (Jeffrey) of Port Orange, FL; her siblings, Mitchell Covington (Teresa) of Anderson, Angela and Matthew Covington (Vicki) of Frankton; and her grandchildren, Uriah, Bella, Aiden, Aubry and Ace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
