She was predeceased by: her husband Allen T. Jewell; her son Edward Allen Jewell; her parents, Laban Maze and Lena Pearl Maze (Goldy); her son-in-law David Nivens; her siblings, Lorine Maze, Labe Maze, Jr., Minnie Pearl Maze, Charles Maze and Margaret Steger; and her nephews, Arthur Maze (Cotton) and Gregory McClurg.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Cole (Rick) of Anderson, IN, Lisa Price (Tony) of Anderson, IN, Tammy Nivens of Anderson, IN and Larry Jewell (Alicia) of Anderson, IN; her grandchildren, Brandi Cole Barhorst (Todd), Casey Hinkle (Adam), Nathan Price (Maggie), Scott Price and Noah Nivens; and her great grandchildren, Nathalie, Maddie, Benjamin, Jaxon, Tessa, Greyson and Eden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
