He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Crouse; his grandmother Violet Crouse; and his cousin Ramona. He is survived by: his children, April Crouse (Matt Ringer), Kelly Marsh, Julie Anderson (Michael) and Jay Paul Crouse, Jr.; his grandchildren, Layton, Mariah, Blaine, Jersey, Ethan, Deakin, Paisley, Bentley and Asher; and his cousins, Debi, Zoe, Wendy, Michelle, Nicki and Mark.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Cross Church, 1521 East 18th Street, Anderson, IN 46016.
