He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas Johnson, Phil and Janelyn Levi. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Levi (Terri Emmerling) and Wynn Levi; his brother Jake Emmerling (Erin); his grandmother Pamela Johnson; his former wife Kari Garner; and his cousin Chelsea Whiteaker (Kyle Pruitt). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
