It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kay Sparks of Anderson, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mason and Evelyn F. Rinehart (Hensley); her grandson John Ice; and her sister Marilyn Rinehart. She is survived by: her husband Scott Sparks of Anderson; her children, Scott Herr of Indianapolis and Michelle Herr Bruzzese (Wayne) of Anderson; her stepchildren, Jada Sparks Green (Steve) of Indianapolis and Jed S. Sparks of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Ross Underwood, Leigha Underwood, Carter Hall and Jack Hall; her stepgranddaughter Taylor Sparks; her sister Barbara Stevens (Rod); her nephew Chris Stevens; and her niece Lara Reyes (Carol Phillips).
