With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Kay Murphy of Anderson, Indiana, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lane and Flossie Lane (Good); her husband Steve Murphy; her daughter Julie Murphy; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Unes and Mike Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Murphy (Lisa) and Katie Husak (Nate); her grandchildren, Gavin, Ryan Murphy, Sam and Abby Husak; her brothers, Jim Lane (Barb) and John Lane (Rebecca); and her sisters-in-law, Patty Unes and Glo Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Madison County Humane Society.
