She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Dennis and Thelma Dennis (Holder); her significant other Wilford Leach; her grandson Travis Myer; and her brothers, Russell Dennis and Max Holder.

She is survived by: her children, Cary Chase (Angela), L. Curt Chase (Debbie) and Connie Myer Leach; her grandchildren, Justin Chase, Brian Chase, Jeremy Chase, Chris Chase and Lake Jackson; and her brother Tom Dennis (Pat). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
