He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clinton Welborn and Ruth Juanita Welborn (Tomlinson); his children, Patrick Welborn (Amy), Zach Welborn (Olivia Mathews), Leigh Welborn-Hoover and Kelly Delaney (Doug); his grandchildren, Curtis Welborn (Tasya), Blake Hoover (Aimee Pope), Everett Delaney, Justin Welborn, Julia Welborn, Lily Delaney and Sam Delaney; his great grandchildren, Brinlee and Cami Mae; his brother Michael Welborn (Rosemary); and his sister-in-law Shirley Welborn.
