He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Michelle Payton (Joe), James'Jim' Bivens Jr. (Alesha) and Shane Bivens (Tam); his grandchildren, Natasha, Chad (Kim), Blake, Josh, Thomas, Seth and Ashton; his great grandchildren, Wade, Emma, Kalvin, Cash, Hazel and Lily; and his siblings, Patsy, Deanie (Tommy), Paul and Rachel.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
