He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wiley and Josephine Wiley (Hall); his wife Clarice Wiley; and his daughters, Angela Wiley and Jamie Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Semon, Brenda Davis (Larry), Debbie Varga (George), Cheryl Wiley and James Wiley Jr.; his grandchildren, Brody Davis, Cole Varga (Stephanie Haines), Jason Semon (Brittany), Christina McFadden, Lauren Varga (Ryan McCormick), Kelsey McPhearson (Joe), Earon Jamison, Shawn Sizelove and Candice Major O'Connor (Terrance); and his siblings, Mike Wiley and Patty Stigall (Morris). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
