He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Harl and Mary Harl. He is survived by: his children, Barry Harl, Anthony Harl and Angela Harl; his sister Patricia Bell (Don); and the mother of his children Betty (Tom). He is also survived by 8 nieces, and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
