He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Nancy Carole Hamilton (Maddox). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kim Hamilton (Gillespie); his children, Skip Travis Hamilton (Stephanie), Barbie Carole Wyman (Brad) and Jamie Lynn Lamp (Warren); his grandchildren, Jailyn, Dailyn, Mason, Owen, Bee and Gabriel; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Maddox, Julianna, Hudson, Fred and Jameson; and his siblings, Randy Hamilton, Kent Hamilton, Troy Hamilton, Pat Dailey and Tracy Hamilton.
