He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Wagner (Arndt); his parents, Edgar and Fannie; and his brother Franklin Graybill Wagner. He is survived by: his brothers, Edgar Graybill Wagner of Palmyra, PA, David Graybill Wagner of Colorado Springs, CO and Richard Graybill Wagner of Lyndon, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Joey Harvey and Eugene Jesel.
