He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fogle and Edith Irene Fogle; and his siblings, Tommy Lee Fogle, Robert Fogle and Carol Schwantes (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Fogle; his children, J. Lamar Fogle (Lynn) and R. Fay Fogle; his grandchildren, William C. Fogle (Elena), Shay Milhouse (Arthur), Lindsey Fogle (Will) and Lexi Fogle (Shawn); his great grandchildren, Shaylee, Akira, Azariah, Arthur, Karson and Joey; his siblings, Dorothy Thomas (Richard), Charles Fogle, Jean Johnson (Mel), Teresa Ridgeway (Bill) and Vernon Scott (Doris); and his close friends, Dale and Bobby. He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews.
