He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey VanHook and Maggie VanHook (Peek); his wife Sarah VanHook of Anderson; his mother-in-law Robin Durham of Anderson; his children, Eli VanHook of Anderson, Michelle Follmar of Anderson, Larrissa Follmar of Anderson, Lyla VanHook of Anderson and Charlie VanHook of Anderson; his siblings, Jesse VanHook of North Dakota, Jennifer Bilbrey, Stephanie Closser and Kim Montgomery (Bill) of Anderson; his stepsiblings, Brandon, Austin, Justin, Ben Foxworthy, Holly and Grace Foxworthy; his stepmother Tracy VanHook; his brother Christopher Durham (Kayla); his sister-in-law Amber Durham; and his cousin Troy VanHook (Kyle Dawson). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
