She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Conley and Nancy Jane Conley (Sparks); her husband Vess Bowling, Sr.; her son Steven Darrell Bowling; and her siblings, Alice Hamm, Helen D. Brown, Della Mae Lewis, Nellie Patrick, Dorothy Newell and Donald Conley.
She is survived by: her sons, Vess Bowling (Sherry) of Anderson, Indiana and Rick Bowling of Anderson, Indiana. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Middletown Church of the Nazarene, 698 North 5th, Middletown, Indiana.
