He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Lawler and Gyneath Lawler; his sister Gykala Jones; his brother-in-law Tom Slinkard; and his nephew Kevin Simpson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Jerrilee Cave of Markleville, IN, Christa Toby of Norfolk, VA and Dr. Juliana Gaeta (José) of Lafayette, IN; his wife Pamela; his grandchildren, Clayton Cave (Heidi) of Markleville, Ashlynn Jent, Maya Gaeta and Exiquio Gaeta; his nephew Christopher Simpson (Ruby); his great grandchild Rhett Wayne Cave; and his friends, Dr. John Overleese, Dr. Roy Coolman, Dr. Dave Thoma, Dr. Bill Haines, Dr. Bill Disque, Dr. Leon Thacker, Dr. Neil Perrel and Dr. Kent Daugherty.
