He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Turner Sr. and Edna Turner (Rigney); and his brothers, Tom Turner Jr., Marion Turner, Jim Turner and John Turner.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Maria Turner and Mike Brantlinger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to New Covenant Ministry Center, Rangeline Community Center or Animal Protection League.
