It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fransiscus Joseph Wijnants of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Ludovica Wijnants; his daughter Maria C. Wijnants; and his siblings, Richard Wijnants, Philomeine Wijnants-Vervecken and Lenarda Wijnants-Sterkx.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki King of Anderson; his granddaughter Catherine Shaneyfelt (Geoffrey) of Middletown; his sister Paula Wijnants-Pettit of Belgium; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Collin, Kennady, Koen and Corbin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Art Association.
