He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Couch and Edith Couch (Bowling); his wife Norma Couch (Breese); and his brothers, Raymond Couch, Jr. and Paul Couch.
He is survived by: his children, Lora Hoppes (Daryl) and Marvin Couch; his brother Richard Couch; and his grandchildren, D. J. Callahan (Shaunthea), David Callahan, Austin Hoppes and Jordan Hoppes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
