She is survived by: her sons, Chris Phillips (Lorri) of Anderson, IN and David Phillips (Lorrie) of Anderson, IN; her grandchildren, Kellsie Winters of Evansville, IN, Daniel, Mitchell and Nick Phillips; her sister Loretta Kay; her niece Nancy; and her nephew Richard.
