Ernest Mullens Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 78, Ernest Mullens of Anderson, Indiana, born in Winchester, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, English Mullens and Elizabeth Mullens (Wickett); his wife Edith Mullens (McElhany); his grandson Charles Roy Idlewine; his sister Connie Davis; and his close friend Roger Purciful.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Lou Taylor (Sam) and Pamela Idlewine (Charles); his grandchildren, Morgan Taylor, Shelby Idlewine and James Taylor (Jillian); and his siblings, Edward Mullens (Barb), Everett Mullens (Mila), Wayne Mullens (Melinda) and Donna Mullens (Stan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Anderson Christian Center or Second Harvest Food Bank.
