She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Smith and Josephine Smith (Licher); her husband Denny; her son Jeffrey "Chip" Myer; her grandson Travis Jeffrey Myer; her siblings, Roberta Hencks, Kathleen "Mickey" McCrystal (Robert), Harold Smith, Agnes Swank (Robert), Mary Ellen Hickner (Lewie), Rita Elaine Chezem (Raymond), Bernard Smith, Albert A. Smith (Dody), John Francis Smith and Joann "Patty" Sharp (Thomas); and her brother-in-law Ronnie Kempher.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Myer (Gay Ann) and John Myer (Karen Givan); her grandchildren, Charlie Myer and Chris Myer (Shirley); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Myer (Kyndra), Darren Myer and Dean Myer; her great great grandchild Bexleigh Myer; and her sister Jeannine Kempher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Betty Ann's name may be gifted to St. Mary's Catholic Church or St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
