She is survived by: her spouse Orlia "Art" Tate; her son Stephen Lugo (Lynne) of Westfield, Indiana; and her grandchildren, David Lugo (Rachel) of Westminster and Hannah Chamberlain (Jack) of Indianapolis, Indiana.
