He was predeceased by: his parents, Margret Allen (Swallow) and Earl Edwin Allen; his sons, Tony Lee Allen and Timothy Aaron Allen; and his nephew Robert Addison.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Ann Allen (Reynolds); his son Bryan Wayne Allen (Mary Lynette); his grandchildren, Christian Michael Allen (Corinne Sackett Allen), Brandon Joel Allen, Bethany Danielle Allen and Joshua David Allen; his great grandchildren, Aiden Michael Allen, Leia Irene Allen and Lucas James Allen; his niece Melissa Seals (Kenneth); and his sister Yvette Allen Addison.
