He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Williams and Maxine Williams (Hannaford); and his siblings, Tom Williams and Deeana Williams. He is survived by: his wife Donna Williams (Mason) of Anderson; his daughters, Tracy Fowler of Daleville, Melissa Mills (Steve) of Anderson and Cindy Fuel of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Lance R. Buck, Carley Jo Flatt and Whitney Barnard; his great grandchildren, Bronsin Z. Buck, Mason A. Buck, Savannah Flecker, Malaki Flecker, Audrina Smith and Cameron Smith; and his cousin Steve Randolf.
