He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Bill" Hullinger and Edna Hullinger (Lawson); his wife Pat Hullinger; and his siblings, Donna Melton and Morris Hullinger.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Smith (Brian), Jamie Hullinger (Sirapassorn), Dawn Cornell (William) and Star Polly; and his grandchildren, Cody Smith, Craig Smith, Corey Smith and Jennifer Franklin. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
