He was predeceased by: his parents, Arza Caudill and Sylvia Caudill (Phillips); and his siblings, Juanita Thompson, Genevieve Lane, Norma Cain, Eugene, Bob and Larry Caudill.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Caudill (Murphy); his daughters, Phyllis Caudill of Fortville, Cheryl Burch (Bob) of Bloomington, Carla Quear (Kelly) of Daleville, Kathy Glover (John) of Fishers and Angie Laney (Rick) of Purdy, MO.; and his siblings, Marshall Caudill (Helen) of Liberty, KY, David Caudill (Elizabeth) of Stanford, KY and Clairlene Leigh (Marshall) of Liberty.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer's Association or Southern Heights Christian Church.
