It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. German (Anderson, Indiana), born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora P. Brown and Tessie Mae Brown (Palmer); her stepmother Maude Brown; her husband Edward A. German; her daughter Nancy Mainord; her son-in-law Larry Brown; and her brother Sherman McQuiston.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth German (Donna) of Anderson and Diana Brown of Anderson; and her grandchildren, Shelley Carpenter (Jamie), L. Troy Brown, Dana Michael (Larry), Lance German (Heather), Mandy Hauk (Jeff), Jennifer Teague (Steve), Jay Mainord and Tasha Davis (Kent). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Keenagers at Grace Baptist Church in Anderson.
