With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Diane Johnson of Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Johnson; her brother Gary Throgmorton; her parents, Ervin Goad and Dorothy Throgmorton; her stepfather Billy Throgmorton; her sons, Jerry Stephenson and Michael Stephenson Sr.; her siblings, Patricia Goad and Billy Throgmorton; her sister-in-law Virginia Johnson; and her parents-in-law, Chester and Leona Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Zach Johnson; her grandchildren, Michael Stephenson Jr. and Jerry Stephenson; her nieces and nephews, Cortney Throgmorton (Sarah Bullis), Branden Throgmorton (Markie), Thomas Throgmorton (Moriah), Michelle Johnson and Dustin "Bubby" Johnson (Carrie); her cousin Sharon Robinson; her siblings-in-law, Toni Throgmorton and Dennis Johnson; and her pet Suzie. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services - Anderson (504 W 9th St, Anderson, IN 46016). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
