He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Wayne" Harvey and Jean Harvey (Mills); his aunt Etha Mae Cloud; and his uncles, Donnie Mills, John Kluesner and George Mills.
He is survived by: his aunts, Velma Kluesner of Anderson and Marsha Kay Mills of Anderson; and his uncle Charles Mills (Deborah) of Anderson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
